Levente Kovacs

Levente Kovács (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Politehnica University of Timişoara, Timişoara, Romania, in 2000, the Ph.D. degree and the M.Sc. degree in biomedical engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Budapest, Hungary, in 2008 and 2011, respectively, and the Habilitation degree (Hons.) in informatics from Óbuda University, Budapest, in 2013.,He is a Rector with Óbuda University, where he is the Head of the Physiological Controls Research Center. He has published more than 442 articles in international journals and refereed international conference papers in modern control theory and physiological controls.,Dr. Kovács has been the Elected Chair of the IEEE SMC Hungary Chapter since 2015 and established the IEEE CSS Hungary Chapter in 2018.
